In some cases, such as complex custom itineraries or international travel, a small planning fee may apply — we will always be upfront about that before you commit to anything.

Disney resort rooms — particularly the most popular ones — sell out months ahead. Booking early also gives you access to the best dining reservations and the widest selection of resort options.

Absolutely — this is one of our favorite parts of the job. We can arrange in-room rose petal turndowns, champagne on arrival, private sunset dinners, couples spa treatments, and more. Just tell us what would make your honeymoon feel magical and we will take care of the details.

Will I get a better price booking through you vs. booking directly?

In most cases, yes — or at minimum the same price with added value. We have access to exclusive promotions, group rates, and supplier perks through our Travel Leaders Network membership that are not available to the general public. Even when the base price is identical, we add value through our expertise, time savings, and ongoing support.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my trip?

Many of our suppliers offer deposit-based booking, meaning you can secure your trip with a deposit and pay the balance closer to your travel date. We will walk you through the payment schedule for your specific trip so you always know what is due and when.

Do I need a passport for my trip?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your destination. U.S. citizens need a valid passport for international travel, including most cruises that visit foreign ports. For domestic travel and closed-loop cruises departing and returning to the same U.S. port, a passport is not always required — but we always recommend having one. We will advise you on exactly what documents you need for your specific trip.
